Position: KS2 Teacher

Salary Type: £150 - £200 Per Day
Start Date: Immediately
We are currently hiring KS2 Teachers in Romsey. We're seeking educators who are passionate about making a positive impact on children's lives. As a KS2 Teacher, you will play an important role in delivering high-quality education to our KS1/KS2 students at a mainstream primary school. We are considering applications from both experienced and early-career teachers.
Responsibilities:
Develop and deliver dynamic lessons tailored to accommodate diverse learning styles
Foster a warm and inclusive classroom environment that promotes student participation and collaboration
Implement efficient classroom management strategies to enhance the learning experience
Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to both students and parents
Collaborate with colleagues and parents to support student development and well-being
Requirements:
Teaching Certification (QTS/PGCE)
In-depth knowledge of the primary school curriculum and teaching methodologies
Patience, adaptability, and a genuine love for education
Ability to craft engaging and inclusive lesson plans
KS1/KS2 experience is desired but not essential
Key Skills:
Skillful classroom management techniques as a KS2 Teacher
Implementing differentiated instruction methods
Clear and effective communication with students, parents, and colleagues.
Integration of technology to enhance learning experiences
Establishing a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere
Utilising various assessment and evaluation strategies
