As we continue our growth journey, our Partnership Acquisition team play a key role in increasing our adviser headcount and securing new growth firms into the Partnership. To support this, we are looking for an experienced Telesales Executive to join them in their mission. This is a key and vital role, supporting our Partnership Acquisition Managers reaching their targets by generating sales leads, creating, cultivating and maintaining customer relationships.
To be successful in this role, you should be persuasive and able to work in a high-pressure environment. An outstanding relationship builder, with motivation and a target driven mindset, you must demonstrate exceptional communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
This is a hybrid role with two days per week in our Swindon office.

Key Accountabilities:
* Use data to follow up marketing campaigns and cold call targeted networks/individuals with the objective of securing appointments for Partnership Acquisition Managers.
* Work in collaboration with the Partnership Acquisition team to understand the vision and take this to the market.
* Coordinate with Marketing to gather click and open rates, enabling us to manage successful campaign messages.
* Develop legacy data and cleanse.
* Identify market trends and competitor intelligence from calls in collaboration with the team.
* Support the team with identifying potential Financial Services events and networks.
