About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated Supply Teacher to join a thriving secondary school on a short-term basis. You will be expected to deliver engaging lessons across a variety of subjects, covering for absent staff, and ensuring students continue to make excellent progress. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a dynamic team and make a positive impact on students' learning experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver pre-planned lessons effectively across a range of subjects.
* Manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment.
* Ensure students stay on track with their studies and complete assigned tasks.
* Communicate effectively with school staff and keep accurate records of lessons.
* Promote student engagement, respect, and enthusiasm for learning.
The Ideal Candidate:
* A qualified teacher (QTS or equivalent).
* Strong classroom management skills.
* A flexible and adaptable approach to teaching.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
* Experience in teaching a range of subjects at secondary level is beneficial.
