Description London Heathrow (LHR) is the main international airport serving London. It is the largest of the six international airports in the London airport system. The airport is owned and operated by Heathrow Airport Holdings and in 2021, it was the seventh-busiest airport in the world by international passenger traffic and eighth busiest in Europe by total passenger traffic. Costain have partnered with Heathrow Airport to deliver its new investment programme, which will provide a step-change in the customer experience and transform the airport on its journey to become a net-zero aviation hub. As a delivery partner, we will work with Heathrow throughout the project lifecycle to shape, create and deliver asset renewal and construction projects procured through the Terminal Asset Renewal Partner and Major Project Partner lots of the H7 framework. To support the Contract with several administrative responsibilities across onboarding, works/office management and Safety, Health & Environmental (SHE). The role’s core responsibility will be management of projects onboarding and induction process to ensure a compliant and efficient system in collaboration with the supply chain, while supporting with data and administrative tasks within the SHE Team. The role will also have responsibilities within the delivery team to support in office administration, document management and delivery assurance. LI-JK1 Responsibilities Responsible for project on-boarding and inductions process, in collaboration with the supply chain and contractors To manage and seek efficiencies the on-boarding system/process (Datascope) Supporting with and/or delivering of projects inductions to new starters Managing the daily SHE and works management/delivery paperwork to ensure structured filing, quality compliance and document control Assist in managing the projects training matrix and completing monthly training record audits for staff and subcontractors Assist in the SHE reporting requirements such as Capture monthly reporting, observations, SHE dashboards, etc. Working as part of the site SHE and Works Management Team in supporting the Project Team as required Assist with meetings – planning / arrangements and minutes Owning the document control process for audit compliance, including support on the project Front Line Manager/Supervisor spreadsheet Maintaining key working relationships with all members of the project team including client staff, subcontractors / supplier Knowledge, Skills, Behaviours and Experience Essential Technical proficiency in office software (i.e. Microsoft office) Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Problem solving and collaboration experience Desirable SHE/Works Management Administration experience Qualifications Essential English and Maths GCSE Level 5 or equivalent Desirable NVQ level 2 in Business Administration
