What you’ll do:
* Deliver engaging training programs, including Initial Training Programmes (ITP) and Skill Builder sessions for new starters
* Support Sales Managers in developing the skills, knowledge, and performance of their teams
* Run one-to-one and group training sessions, sharing your expertise and motivating others
Where you'll be based:
Mainly Bristol, Cotswolds, Somerset & South Wales, with occasional travel to other locations such as Northampton, Milton Keynes, and Swindon for specific training programs on a rota basis.

What we're looking for:
* 2+ years in a Mortgage Services Consultant/Management role (estate agency or retail environment preferred)
* Proven ability to motivate and influence sales teams
* Strong knowledge of financial services and estate agency
* CeMAP or equivalent industry qualification
* Excellent communication skills
