Overview
Residential Conveyancer/Solicitor - Gloucester - 3 years PQE plus. Location: Gloucester (Hybrid/Flexible). Type of Role: Full-time. Salary: £45,000 to £65,000.
The Role
This is an autonomous position with responsibility for managing a varied residential conveyancing caseload. Key duties include:
* Handling Freehold and Leasehold Sales and Purchases
* Managing New Build transactions, Remortgages, Transfers of Equity, and Lease Extensions
* Advising on SDLT reliefs and exemptions
* Dealing with unregistered properties and title restrictions/cautions
* Supervising and mentoring junior team members
* Building relationships with estate agents and brokers
* Supporting business development and departmental growth
Candidate Requirements
This role is suited to a qualified Residential Conveyancer or Solicitor with:
* Minimum 3 years' experience managing complex residential conveyancing matters
* Strong technical knowledge across the full range of conveyancing work
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and under pressure
* Proven leadership and mentoring experience
* Commercial awareness and a proactive approach to client service
* Familiarity with SDLT, Land Registry, and case management systems
