We’re working with an ambitious and fast-scaling financial technology company that’s redefining operational efficiency for global financial institutions. With a best-in-class platform focused on data integrity, reconciliation, and intelligent automation, the firm is gaining significant traction across Europe and North America.
As part of its continued EMEA expansion, the company is now seeking a Sales Director with native or fluent French to lead new business initiatives across post-trade operations and data management solutions—targeting Tier 1 and Tier 2 institutions across French-speaking markets.
Your Mission
* Own and drive new business growth across EMEA, with a strong focus on France and other French-speaking territories
* Lead the full enterprise sales lifecycle—from pipeline generation through to close—working with buy-side, sell-side, and global custodians
* Position the firm’s platform as the go-to solution for post-trade automation, regulatory compliance, and operational controls
* Work closely with pre-sales, product, and delivery teams to design client-centric solutions
* Build senior-level relationships and become a trusted advisor across operations, risk, and finance functions
* Stay informed on industry trends (e.g. EMIR, CSDR, MiFID) and contribute to the company’s strategic positioning across the region
* Represent the brand at industry events, roundtables, and client meetings across the UK and Europe
What You Bring
* Strong track record in enterprise software sales—ideally in post-trade tech, reconciliation tools, or back-office platforms
* Deep understanding of capital markets workflows, regulatory pressures, and technology drivers
* Native or fluent French speaker, confident leading pitches and negotiations in French
* Experience managing complex sales cycles with large financial institutions
* Commercially astute, relationship-driven, and motivated by solving real operational pain points
* Knowledge of trade lifecycle operations, data management, and reconciliation frameworks is a strong plus
