Together, we aim to drive impactful change and help organisations leverage technology to achieve their goals.
With an ambitious 3-year expansion plan in place, they are looking for a Principal Consultant with a background in the financial services sector, ideally suited for seasoned Programme Managers /Senior Project Managers and Senior Business Analysts ready to take the next step in their careers.
What You’ll Do:
1. Lead and manage projects or programs, coordinating complex delivery for diverse clients.
2. Collaborate effectively using agile methodologies to enhance synergy between technology and business teams.
3. Design and implement Scrum practices, leveraging tools like JIRA and Confluence for streamlined project management.
4. Demonstrate excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
5. Bring expertise in Financial Services, with a focus on areas such as Wealth Management, Investments, Asset Management, or Insurance.
6. Foster collaboration and consensus among stakeholders, even in challenging environments.
7. Utilize both traditional and agile methodologies to ensure successful project outcomes.
8. Translate your understanding of business and technology landscapes into innovative solutions for clients.
9. Manage RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) and address cross-functional dependencies effectively.
