3. Prepare accurate financial statements and reports in line with regulatory requirements.
4. Manage month-end and year-end closing processes efficiently.
5. Oversee general ledger accounting and reconciliations.
6. Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities to support financial planning.
7. Ensure compliance with tax regulations and liaise with external auditors as needed.
8. Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
9. Maintain and improve internal controls to safeguard the organisation's assets.
10. Support the Accounting & Finance department in ad-hoc financial projects.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Financial Accountant should have:
11. A recognised accounting qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, or CIMA).
12. Proven experience in financial reporting and compliance within the business services industry.
13. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
