What you’ll be doing
This is a varied and rewarding role where you’ll:
* Support the end-to-end lettings process, making sure we meet our legal and local authority commitments
* Manage applicant data, offers, and shortlists, using systems like Northgate and Choice Based Lettings
* Prepare paperwork, respond to correspondence, and keep everything running smoothly
* Provide advice to customers and colleagues about allocations and housing options
* Work closely with local authorities, applicants, and internal teams to get people into the right homes
* Keep records accurate, spot data issues, and help us improve how we do things
* Handle customer enquiries and complaints professionally and with care
* Promote a positive, values-driven image of PA Housing at every touchpoint

What we’re looking for
You’ll thrive in this role if you’re someone who enjoys keeping things organised while also working with people. Ideally, you’ll bring:
* Experience in a housing or customer service environment
* Great communication and interpersonal skills especially when things get tricky
* Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and IT confidence (Excel/spreadsheets especially)
* A good understanding of housing allocations, homelessness, and social housing principles
* Familiarity with lettings legislation, best practices, and the Northgate system (or similar)
* A willingness to learn, adapt, and support others as part of a wider team
