What You’ll Do:
* Act as a key point of contact for sales enquiries, responding promptly to emails and calls.
* Process sales orders accurately and efficiently.
* Provide detailed support and guidance to clients throughout the sales process.
* Identify potential sales opportunities and collaborate with the wider sales team to follow up.
* Work closely with internal teams to ensure the best possible sales experience for customers.
* Maintain accurate sales records and prepare reports to support the sales function.
What We’re Looking For:
* Strong customer service and relationship-building skills, with a genuine interest in sales.
* Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative sales team.
* Organised, proactive, and adaptable, with an eye for detail.
* Excellent written, oral, and listening skills.
* Proficiency in MS Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Previous experience with sales administration, ERP/MRP systems, or order processing is desirable.
