An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Kitchen Service Manager to join a growing hospitality street food brand as they expand their food-to-go concept in Lincoln.

What we need from you:
* You will need previous experience working in a professional kitchen environment, ideally within a restaurant, street food, or fast-paced hospitality setting
* Experience in supervising or leading a team within a kitchen environment
* Strong cooking skills with a good understanding of food preparation and presentation
* Hold a Level 2 Food Hygiene/Food Safety certificate and have a solid understanding of food safety and hygiene standards
* The ability to work well under pressure during busy service periods
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
* A proactive, organised approach with a positive, can-do attitude
* A genuine passion for food and delivering a great customer experience
* You must be within commuting distance of Lincoln centre
What the role involves:
You will be responsible for overseeing the daily kitchen operation, ensuring food is prepared and served to a consistently high standard. Duties will include:
* Maintain records and operate the kitchen online with EHO (Environmental Health Officer) 5-star standards
* Leading and supporting the kitchen team during service
* Preparing and cooking menu items in line with company standards
* Ensuring food quality, consistency, and presentation is maintained at all times
* Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food hygiene
* Managing stock levels, ordering supplies, and reducing waste
* Supporting with staff training and development
* Monitoring performance and helping to improve overall service delivery
Salary: £15.00 per hour, increasing after probation period.
Hours:This is a full-time role (minimum 40 hours per week). Shifts are worked across 7 days, with start times between 10:00am11:00am and finish times between 11:00pm12:00 midnight. Days and hours will be agreed in line with business needs.
