Freestyle TS Limited is an Employee Owned Trust [EOT] leading UK-based Managed Service Provider (MSP) delivering expert IT support, cloud solutions, and cybersecurity services to businesses across the UK. We help organisations thrive by providing technology solutions that are secure, scalable, and aligned to their goals.

As part of our ambitious growth plans, we’re looking for an experienced New Business Development Manager to join our team and drive new client acquisition.


The Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven and results-focused professional to take ownership of generating and closing new business opportunities. You will be at the forefront of our growth strategy, building strong relationships and positioning Freestyle TS as a trusted IT partner.


Key Responsibilities

* Identify, target, and win new business opportunities across SME and mid-market sectors.
* Build and maintain a strong pipeline through proactive outreach (cold calls, networking, LinkedIn, events).
* Understand client requirements and design tailored solutions covering IT support, cloud, and cybersecurity services.
* Deliver engaging proposals to decision-makers.
* Collaborate with technical teams for solution scoping and proposals.
* Consistently achieve new business targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.


About You

We’re looking for someone who:

* Has proven success in B2B new business sales, ideally within an MSP, IT services, or technology solutions environment.
* Understands Managed IT Support, Microsoft 365 & Azure, and cybersecurity services.
* Is a confident communicator with strong negotiation skills.
* Is self-motivated, proactive, and thrives on hitting targets.
* Has experience with CRM systems for pipeline management.
