You will be responsible for carrying out service, maintenance, and breakdown repairs on commercial heating systems across a variety of client sites, including schools, offices, and retail spaces.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conducting Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive service on commercial gas appliances and heating systems.
* Diagnosing faults and carrying out effective repairs.
* Ensuring all work is completed in compliance with current gas safety regulations (Gas Safe).
* Maintaining excellent communication with clients and management.
* Completing all necessary job sheets and paperwork accurately.
What you'll need:
* Current and valid commercial gas qualifications, including:
o COCN1 or CODNCO1
o CIGA1
o CORT1
o TPCP1A
* Proven experience working in a similar role within commercial environments.
* A full UK driving licence.
* Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
* A professional and positive attitude with excellent customer service skills.
