What you’ll be doing
1. Supporting pupils with a range of additional needs, both in and out of the classroom
2. Helping children access learning in a way that works for them
3. Working closely with teachers and specialists to keep support consistent
4. Creating a positive, inclusive space where every child feels valued
What we’re looking for
5. Experience working with children, especially within SEND settings
6. A patient, kind approach and the ability to build trust
7. Strong communication skills and a real team mindset
8. Relevant qualifications are great, but not essential

Contract: Full-time or part-time, with flexibility
