The Role
As an Enabling Support Worker, your role will include providing support and encouragement, following the guidance of the supported individual and their support plan.
You will need to maintain accurate records and may be required to administer personal care and medication.
There will be a requirement to cover sleep-in sessions, for which you will receive an additional GBP 60 per sleep-in.
The home is a high-dependency residential care facility offering 24-hour nursing and personal care for adults with disabilities, mostly younger adults.
