You will coordinate multiple stakeholders, drive bid strategy, ensure compliance, and improve processes to increase the organisations win rate. This position is ideal for a candidate with strong tender management expertise, excellent communication skills, and a track record of coordinating complex bids in technical or service-led environments. Key Responsibilities Manage the full bid lifecycle from initial review to final submission. Lead bid planning, scheduling, and stakeholder coordination. Review and interpret tender documentation and identify key risks and requirements. Develop winning bid strategies with senior management. Ensure all submissions meet quality, compliance, and governance standards. Coordinate inputs from commercial, operations, finance, and legal teams. Maintain and update CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) and tender portals. Support commercial negotiations and handover to operational teams. Improve bid processes, templates, and collateral to increase success rates. Contribute to case studies, marketing materials, and the bid library. Skills & Experience Required Proven experience in bid management or tender management. Understanding of public and private sector procurement. Strong project management skills and ability to coordinate multiple contributors. Excellent written communication and document presentation skills. High level of commercial awareness and analytical thinking. Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms (HubSpot desirable). Degree in Business, Law, Marketing, or similar (preferred).
