Responsibilities
· Manage and convert inbound investor enquiries
· Conduct detailed needs analysis to understand investor objectives
· Respond efficiently to warm leads via phone, email, and social platforms
· Onboard and qualify new investors based on their criteria
· Prepare and send detailed investment proposals
· Attend face-to-face meetings with clients across the UK
· Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing investors
· Close high-value property investment deals
· Liaise with Managers and Team Leaders regarding hot and warm leads
· Proactively maximise revenue and client retention
Skills & Experience Required
· Proven sales experience (essential)
· Strong negotiation and closing skills
· Confident, proactive, and target-driven mindset
· Excellent communication skills across all channels
· Ability to quickly build rapport and genuine connections with clients
· Positive, energetic attitude and strong team ethic
· Comfortable speaking to high-net-worth individuals
