Job Description Agricultural Field Engineer On the Road - Lancashire-Based Our exclusive client, a leading provider of advanced farming technology, is seeking a skilled and self-motivated Field Engineer to join their service team. This hands-on, field-based position focuses on delivering reliable support to agricultural customers across Lancashire, working directly with innovative on-farm equipment. You'll play a key role in ensuring essential operations run smoothly and efficiently by providing technical support and maintenance. Your day-to-day responsibilities: Performing maintenance and repairs on robotic and automated agricultural equipment Diagnosing and resolving faults Responding to breakdowns and participating in an on-call rota (one in three weekends) Supporting equipment installations, product demonstrations and follow-up technical visits Working alongside the sales team to provide support and technical guidance in the field Managing your own schedule and making practical decisions around travel and priorities Candidate Requirements: Experience in maintenance or service work, ideally within agricultural, mechanical, electrical or hydraulic systems Skilled in diagnostics and fault-finding A strong interest in agriculture and emerging technology Good judgment in planning and decision-making to support efficiency and customer satisfaction Able to work independently and manage a field-based workload Strong communication skills with a proactive, customer-focused approach A full UK driving licence is required Package Offered: Up to £40K base salary Company van provided Company fuel card Incentive programme with bonuses ranging from 0-8% (average 4% annually) Employee assistance program and well-being awareness 20 days annual leave plus bank holidays (increasing with length of service) Company pension scheme Life cover Income protection scheme For more information, contact Caitlin Jones 0161 820 3510 or email your CV to cjones@noble-futures.com
