As Business Solutions Architect, you'll be the design authority for our ERP programme, the person who holds the big picture together, ensures every decision fits coherently, and sets the standard for how we build for the future.
About the Role
Sitting at the heart of a complex, multi-workstream programme, you'll own the end-to-end solution architecture for our SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud implementation. This isn't a hands-on configuration role it's about translating what the business needs into smart, scalable design. You'll work closely with business leaders, functional leads, data and integration teams, and external partners to guide decisions, resolve conflicts, and keep the solution coherent from start to finish. The decisions made in this programme will underpin how ASK4 operates for years to come
What You'll Be Doing
* Owning the overall solution blueprint and acting as the primary design authority across all workstreams
* Translating business requirements into end-to-end solution designs that maximise standard ERP capabilities
* Establishing and enforcing architectural standards, design principles, and governance processes
* Chairing design and data governance forums, resolving cross-workstream conflicts
* Acting as the key link between business stakeholders, technical teams, and external partners
* Identifying architecture risks early and ensuring appropriate mitigations are in place
* Assuring the quality of solution deliverables including process designs, data models, and integration specifications
* Ensuring the solution is scalable, compliant, and aligned with ASK4's long-term strategy
About You:
You're an experienced Solution Architect with a track record of leading design on large-scale ERP programmes ideally involving SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud or a comparable cloud ERP platform. You know how to hold the line on fit-to-standard principles without losing the room, and you're as comfortable in a boardroom as you are in a design workshop.
You'll bring
* Proven experience as a Solution or Business Solutions Architect on enterprise ERP programmes
* Deep understanding of cloud ERP constraints, extensibility models, and fit-to-standard design
* A strong ability to act as design authority — setting standards, governing decisions, and resolving conflicts
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to influence at senior level
* The ability to simplify complex problems and maintain clarity across a large, multi-workstream programme
