Internal Auditor – Compliance Team - Nationwide

What you'll be doing
You'll work alongside operational colleagues across our adult, children, and young people's services, carrying out audits and inspections in people's homes, learning centres, offices, and our school. Your work will help us spot great practice, identify areas for improvement, and ensure we're meeting internal policies and external regulations.
You'll write clear, constructive reports and collaborate with teams to create action plans that lead to real change. You'll also work with teams, helping them understand what good practice looks like and how to maintain safe, supportive environments.
You'll build relationships with colleagues and people who draw on MacIntyre's support over a wide geographical area, involving travel across Leices...
