As a Science Teacher, you'll be the driving force behind students' scientific exploration. Your goal: to create and deliver captivating lessons that bring science to life. Responsibilities:
* Design and deliver exhilarating Science lessons.
* Teach Science to students aged 11-16, making complex concepts fun and accessible.
* Employ innovative teaching strategies to cater to diverse learning styles.
* Track and assess student progress, offering valuable feedback.
* Collaborate with a dedicated team to create a supportive educational atmosphere.
* Stay current with the latest curriculum and trends in science education.
* Create a vibrant classroom environment that promotes student engagement.
* Empower students to develop both practical skills and theoretical knowledge in science.
Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), Early Career Teacher (ECT), or equivalent overseas qualifications.
* Proven experience in teaching Science.
* In-depth knowledge of the curriculum and current trends in science education.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to inspire and energise students.
* Commitment to fostering an inclusive and nurturing learning environment.
* Experienced Teaching Assistants (TAs) and Cover Teachers are also encouraged to apply.
