We are looking to grow our innovative community team, working in clinics, patient's homes, and nurseries/schools. We are looking for candidates who can assess and provide a range of therapeutic interventions using specialist knowledge to children with a variety of speech, language and communication difficulties. Caseloads are actively treated through our evidence-based care pathways, so hands-on therapy is part of the job. We also have access to Lyrebird, an AI package that supports our administrative tasks; patient records, therapy plans, and reports. The team work collaboratively with other partner agencies and carers to enable them to understand the communication needs and to provide appropriate advice, support and intervention.
