KFF has a family feel with a close-knit team, supplying local pub and restaurant customers as well as delivering directly to caterers.
We have ambitious growth plans and are launching a new offering called “Your Way” within our Independent Sales business. As a Your Way Consultant, you'll be responsible for winning and maximising business in your own dedicated neighbourhood of just a mile square. What you will be doing:
You will be responsible for the success of your own neighbourhood by:
* Gaining, growing, and retaining customers to deliver profitable volume growth against targets
* Researching your target audience and opportunities in your territory
* Building and leveraging strong customer relationships through face-to-face meetings and understanding customer needs
* Onboarding new customers effectively while maintaining relationships with existing accounts
* Partnering with customers to understand their growth plans, adding value, and offering practical solutions and products
* Understanding competitor activity and proposals to ensure you offer the best local solutions
What we are looking for:
We seek someone capable of winning new business and maximising sales with existing customers. You should be commercially astute, proficient in Excel, and skilled at building and maintaining relationships. A passion for sales is essential. Food industry experience is a plus but not necessary.
