Responsibilities
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the house building and construction sectors.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.

Qualifications
* Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably within the construction or landscaping industry.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Ability to build lasting client relationships.
* Self-motivated with a proactive approach.
* Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.
* Degree or diploma in business, marketing, or related field preferred.
* Experience with market analysis and strategic planning is advantageous.
