What you will be doing
* Supporting and enhancing high-quality practice across the nursery
* Working alongside teams to create rich, engaging learning environments
* Bringing child‑led learning to life through Curriculum for Excellence
* Mentoring practitioners and nurturing professional growth
* Guiding observations, planning, and meaningful assessment
* Inspiring teams and fostering a positive, collaborative culture

* A full and relevant Early Years / Childcare qualification
