• Lead and manage SEND provision across the school.
• Develop and implement EHCPs and individual support plans.
• Work closely with teachers, parents, and external agencies.
• Monitor progress and outcomes for students with SEND.
• Provide guidance and training to staff.
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• National Award for SEN Coordination (or willingness to complete).
• Strong knowledge of SEND legislation and best practice.
