Critical Care Clinical Application Specialist (Maternity Cover)
We are looking for a Critical Care Clinical Application Specialist to join us at Getinge UKI on a 12 month fixed term Maternity Cover contract, to provide specialist clinical support to key customers/clinicians to provide the best possible solutions for patient care and promote a range of products for our Acute Care Therapies portfolio - mainly being our Servo ventilators. This role is a National role for UK and Ireland but will predominatnly cover the South of England, including London.
Key duties and responsibilities:
* Provide clinical support to Acute Care Therapies customers on a daily basis with training, education, evaluations and follow up visits.
* Implementation of all key programs and tools.
* Plan clinical support activity to effect growth and maintain the safe and effective use of products.
* Create and update all training documentation for Getinge UKI ventilation customers.
* Seek new opportunities within accounts whilst training.
* Preparation and execution of customer training workshops.
* Support promotional activity as directed by sales management.
* Train and educate throughout the whole sales cycle, address clinical questions and issues.
* Responsible for timely completion of administrative tasks and projects.
* Train across CC Products Anaesthesia / Pulsion

Knowledge/Skills/Experience:
Qualifications:
* Critical Care/Intensive Care Nurse, or equivalent.
Work Experience:
* Previous work experience in a clinical environment
* Clinical experience in ICU/ITU/CCU
* Strong technical and clinical background within ventilation, experience with Servo ventiliators is essential
* Previous experience of the commercial sector in the medical equipment arena is desired
* Experience with NAVA is highly desired
Skills & Abilities:
* Delivery of training / coaching programmes
* Experience delivering training to medical/nursing personnel
* Strong organisational skills
* Ability to master technical knowledge regarding product and its clinical use
* Essential excellent written and spoken English
* IT skills with experience in the us of MS Office Software and Web Internet based communication
* Ability to create training documentation using existing frameworks
Other:
* UK Requirements: Eligibility to work in the UK without the requierment of employer sponsorship (essential).
* Driving License: Hold a valid UK driver’s license.
* Travel: Ability to travel within the UK and abroad with overnight stays as and when required.
* IT: Must have at least intermediate level Microsoft Office skills namely Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
* Due to the nature of this role, there may be a requirement to undertake work outside of normal hours on occosian i.e. evenings/weekends/bank holidays.
