We are recruiting for a Full time assistant to join the Business Administration. To deliver an excellent, customer focused service in processing payments, charges and income effectively and efficiently and to provide general administration support. What you are looking for We are looking for someone with a positive attitude, who is self-motivated while working from home or the office. Gets job satisfaction from being responsive to the needs of our customers and is excited to be part of the team that provide vital, life-changing housing services. It is essential that you are enthusiastic about and have experience of providing excellent customer service, you enjoy working with numbers, have attention to detail and have an ability to learn multiple financial and processing systems quickly. Experience of working in a similar field would be an advantage when dealing with the varied and sometimes complex enquiries from residents and stakeholders about their accounts, invoices, payment queries or advice about buying a council property.
