The Role
You will lead the Corporate department, with the expectation of taking ownership over direction, client development, and future recruitment. The work is diverse and will include:
* Acquisitions and disposals
* Mergers and restructures
* Refinancing and investment work

The Ideal Candidate
* Corporate Solicitor with 8+ years' PQE (no upper limit on experience)
* Entrepreneurial mindset with enthusiasm to build and lead a team
* Experience in business development and practice growth
* Leadership experience is advantageous but not essential if you have the drive to step up
