We are working in partnership with a forward-thinking specialist school in Richmond, South West London, that is expanding its nurture provision this September. This is a unique opportunity for a resilient and compassionate SEMH Teacher to transform the lives of students who need it most.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a smaller, therapeutic environment where connection and consistency drive progress.
What’s the Opportunity?
1. Teach KS3 and KS4 learners working at a KS2 level, following the National Curriculum in a way that meets their emotional and learning needs.
2. Work in an nurture-based class of just 8 students, with the support of 1–2 Teaching Assistants.
3. Join a school that operates with a trauma-informed and therapeutic approach, where every staff member is trained to support emotional regulation and positive behaviour.
