A highly successful private family office based in Knightsbridge is recruiting an Office Coordinator/Assistant. The role involves setting up technical products for the family, liaising with the I.T. team abroad, and ensuring the office runs smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
* Set up and maintain technical products (phones, laptops, Wi‑Fi, etc.)
* Coordinate deliveries, couriers and suppliers
* Provide facilities and maintenance support
* Occasional out‑of‑hours support at the family home or weekends as needed
Qualifications
* At least 2 years’ experience working in a family office, as a nanny or office coordinator/assistant
* Experience providing high‑end hospitality support (luxury hotels) is desirable
* Hands‑on, proactive, solution‑focused mindset
Benefits
Hours: 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM, 5 days a week with flexibility for occasional out‑of‑hours work. Generous bonuses up to 20% of salary based on performance.
