About us

Acierta is a global design and production house with offices in Spain, UK, France, Qatar, and the US, delivering world-class creative, production, and installation solutions across Retail and Hospitality. Since 2005, we have combined creativity, technical expertise, and operational excellence to execute projects ranging from large-scale rollouts to bespoke brand activations worldwide.

About the role

We are looking for a talented, creative, resourceful and open minded Project Manager to join our London office, supporting and leading projects primarily across the US market, while collaborating with international teams across Europe and the Middle East.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and skilled in coordinating multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. This role requires a strong focus on project planning, execution, and delivery across a diverse portfolio that includes:

* Retail permanent stores
* Interior design and furniture projects
* Pop-up stores
* Window displays

This role involves close coordination with US-based clients and teams, requiring alignment with US time zones and flexible working hours.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Project Management

* Lead and manage ephemeral architecture and retail experience projects from inception to completion, with a primary focus on US-based projects, ensuring alignment with brand identity, client expectations, and design intent.
* Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and deliverables across US and international stakeholders.
* Oversee the creation, management, and quality control of technical drawings, 3D models, renders, and other project documentation, ensuring compliance with CAD and internal standards.
* Coordinate cross-functional internal and external teams (creative, production, logistics) across time zones to ensure cohesive execution of US projects.
* Monitor and control project budgets, identifying cost-saving opportunities while maintaining quality standards.
* Conduct regular project reviews, risk assessments, and status updates to stakeholders, proactively addressing any challenges or delays.
* Ensure successful on-site project implementation, managing logistics, timelines, and contractor coordination, particularly for US executions.

Client Management

* Serve as point of contact and strategic partner for clients, building trust and long-term relationships.
* Translate client briefs into actionable proposals and project plans.
* Identify opportunities to expand account relationships and project scopes.
* Lead client communications with transparency and professionalism, including reverse briefs and debriefs.
* Ensure client satisfaction across all phases of project delivery.

REQUIREMENTS

Skills:

* Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written) is a must, as the role involves coordination with international teams and Spanish-speaking stakeholders.
* High level of flexibility is essential, including full adaptability to US time zones (working outside standard European business hours) and frequent travel to the US as required by project execution and client needs.
* Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities – able to manage multiple fast-paced projects.
* Strong communication and negotiation skills with teams and external partners.
* Solid understanding of spatial concepts, construction processes, and design execution.
* Proficient in project management tools and drawing packages (CAD, 3D modeling, renderings, moodboards).

Education & Experience:

* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Design, Product Design, Architecture, or related field.
* 3–5 years of experience in project management or similar roles.

Software:

* CAD: AutoCAD or equivalent
* 3D Modeling & Rendering: SketchUp, Rhinoceros, V-Ray (plus)
* Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign (plus)
* Microsoft Office Suite

This is a full-time position with competitive compensation and benefits. If you are a proactive, detail-oriented individual with experience in project coordination, technical design and production, we encourage you to apply.
