Qualifications & Experience
* Qualified Teachers or Lecturers with PGCE, Cert Ed or QTLS - or
* Experienced Industry Professionals ready to move into vocational education (teaching qualifications not always required)
* Committed, adaptable, and ready to make a real impact in learners\' lives
* Excellent communication and classroom management skills
* Ability to inspire and motivate learners at all levels
