The role of the Imagery Producer is to manage all incoming briefs, work in progress, and final deliverables for the Image team.
This is a hybrid role requiring 2-3 days onsite per week.
Description
This role covers various specialist areas including 3D CG Stills, Animation, 2D Illustration, Photography, and Retouching. The Imagery Producer acts as a dedicated point of contact for these areas, ensuring team efficiency through strong organizational and communication skills. The individual must be comfortable planning and managing multiple projects simultaneously, each with different deadlines and requirements.
The role demands high competency in project management, multitasking, and understanding of project timelines to maintain quality and meet deadlines. Proactive organization, record keeping, and clear communication with clients and internal teams are essential. Regular updates to Team Leaders and Head of Art are required to ensure smooth workflow.
Accountabilities
* Take briefs from various departments, plan, and oversee delivery of all image assets.
* Foster positive relationships within the team to promote an expert environment.
* Understand client challenges and priorities to inform planning.
* Participate in strategy and planning discussions.
* Maintain communication with Creative and Commercial Managers during project development.
* Assess the feasibility of creative briefs based on requirements, resources, and timelines.
* Develop a thorough knowledge of client systems, review, and production processes.
* Ensure work progresses on time and within budget, tracking job status daily.
* Keep team members updated on project statuses.
* Motivate team members during high-pressure periods.
* Ensure briefs are accurate and detailed.
* Coordinate with brief owners to ensure all assets are available for timely delivery.
* Act as a communication link between the Image team and other departments.
* Manage account systems, including raising PO’s for outsourced or freelance work.
* Ensure estimates are approved before starting work.
* Issue invoices promptly and accurately.
Skills
Requires at least 3+ years of planning and project management experience, preferably within a CG or Photography environment. An interest in CG or photography is advantageous. Willingness to learn the team's software and processes is beneficial. The ideal candidate is a decision-maker with excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, composure under pressure, proactivity, a positive attitude, and a personable demeanor.
