Job Title: Head of Tax

Salary: £75,000 – £100,000
Hours: 8:30am – 5pm. (1-hour unpaid lunch)

Daily responsibilities:
Collaborate with the Head of Operations to deliver high-quality services to clients and enhance departmental development.
Work with other Heads of Departments to maintain and improve service levels.
Build client relationships, acting as the "go-to" person, managing expectations, services, and team to ensure high client satisfaction.
Develop and mentor the team, setting a positive example.
Identify and deliver added value services to clients to support their prosperity.

Supportive teammates Key qualifications and attributes include:
Minimum 5 years post-qualified experience in practice
ACA or ACCA qualified
Managerial experience at a senior level
Strong relationship-building skills
Tech-savvy, with knowledge of CCH preferred.
Proactive approach to tasks, regardless of scale
