Are you a passionate and motivated Early Career Teacher (ECT) of English ready to begin your teaching journey in a dynamic and supportive school?
Our client, a successful and inclusive academy based in Braintree, Essex, is seeking to appoint a committed and enthusiastic English ECT to join their team from September 2025. About the Role:
Teaching KS3 and KS4 English Language and Literature
Planning and delivering engaging lessons that inspire a love for reading and writing
Contributing to the wider English department and whole-school initiatives
Receiving high-quality mentoring and participating in a structured ECT induction programme

A qualified English teacher (or due to qualify by July 2025)
