Key responsibilities of the Mortgage & Protection Broker:
* Offer expert advice on mortgage products
* Assist clients in the mortgage application process
* Proactively engage potential clients through warm leads, while developing your own network through client referrals
* Manage paperwork and liaise with lenders
* Offer advice on suitable protection products such as life insurance, critical illness, and income protection
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and guidance.
Key skills or background required for the Mortgage & Protection Broker:
* Professional qualification or equivalent is essential (CeMAP or CII)
* Experience delivering regulated Mortgage & Protection advice
* Strong communication skills to build long-lasting client relationships
