Title: Warehouse SupervisorLocation: West DunbartonshireSalary: £30,000 per annum, willing to negotiate higher for the right experienceHours: Full-time, perm roleAbout the Role:We are recruiting on behalf of a growing and dynamic business seeking a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to take ownership of day-to-day warehouse operations. This is a varied role combining operational warehouse duties with stock control and e-commerce support.You will play a key role in ensuring orders are processed efficiently, stock levels are accurately maintained, and products are dispatched to customers across the UK.Key Responsibilities:Manage daily warehouse operations including picking, packing, and dispatchProcess and fulfil customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely deliveryPrint shipping labels and manage dispatch documentationMaintain and update stock control systems, ensuring accurate inventory levelsConduct regular stock checks and review stock sheetsIdentify and resolve stock discrepanciesSupport updates to online sales platforms, including product listingsCoordinate European shipments, ensuring correct packaging and complianceWork collaboratively with the wider team to maintain smooth operationsAbout You:Experience in a warehouse or distribution environment, ideally in a supervisory or senior roleStrong understanding of stock control and inventory managementComfortable with administrative tasks and systemsHighly organised with excellent attention to detailA proactive and hands-on approachForklift licence preferred, but training will be provided for the right candidateWhat's on Offer:Salary of £30,000 per annum, willing to negotiate to higher for the right experience.Opportunity to take ownership of a key operational functionSupportive team environment within a growing businessTraining and development opportunities, including forklift certificationIf you feel you have these key attributes, please apply by clicking on the link.TPBN1_UKTJ
