Our Client We are supporting a long-term client who is seeking a Client Service Executive to join their expanding team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a supportive, customer-focused environment with in-house training from day one and excellent career development opportunities. Due to year-on-year growth, they now operate across two sites and are committed to delivering exceptional client service. Location: Hampton Salary: £25,000 – £28,000 DOE up to 2.5% annual bonus Hours: Monday – Friday, 37.5 hours/week (e.g., 8am – 4pm or 9am – 5pm) Perks: Private medical, life assurance, subsidised gym, generous holiday allowance, supportive working culture Role Overview As a Client Service Executive, you will support the Account Manager in ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer service delivery. This fast-paced role involves managing vehicle orders, client queries, contract generation, and reporting. You’ll be the main point of contact for clients and drivers, helping to maintain strong relationships and ensuring high-quality account management. Key Responsibilities: * Act as the main point of contact for clients and drivers, managing day-to-day queries * Produce and manage client documentation within set deadlines * Process new vehicle orders, monitor progress, and generate contracts * Arrange deliveries and reallocations as required * Handle client invoicing and recharges, including monthly billing * Authorise and raise external supplier orders * Produce regular and ad hoc reports for clients and management * Support rescheduling and early termination processes as required Key Skills & Attributes: * Excellent customer service and client relationship skills * Strong organisation and attention to detail * Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines * Collaborative team player with a proactive mindset * Confident in multi-tasking and handling complex client queries * Ability to learn quickly and work independently in a professional environment * Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new systems What’s on Offer: * Competitive salary up to 2.5% annual bonus * 25 days holiday (increasing to 30 with service) * Pension scheme, private medical, and life assurance (3.5x salary after 6 months) * Subsidised gym membership * Annual salary review and clear career progression opportunities * Smart office dress code and inclusive, respectful company culture Ideal Candidate: We are looking for candidates with previous experience in client services, customer service, or account management within fast-paced environments.
