Our Client We are supporting a long-term client who is seeking a Client Service Executive to join their expanding team. Location: Hampton Salary: £25,000 – £28,000 DOE up to 2.5% annual bonus Hours: Monday – Friday, 37.5 hours/week (e.g., 8am – 4pm or 9am – 5pm) Perks: Private medical, life assurance, subsidised gym, generous holiday allowance, supportive working culture Role Overview As a Client Service Executive, you will support the Account Manager in ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer service delivery. This fast-paced role involves managing vehicle orders, client queries, contract generation, and reporting. You’ll be the main point of contact for clients and drivers, helping to maintain strong relationships and ensuring high-quality account management.
