This role will work closely with client organisations and internal teams to deliver high-quality consultancy services across Housing, Customer, and Asset departments. The Consultant will take ownership of specific workstreams, contribute to project delivery, and ensure services meet agreed standards for safety, reliability, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

* This role will work closely with client organisations and internal teams to deliver high-quality consultancy services across Housing, Customer, and Asset departments. The Consultant will take ownership of specific workstreams, contribute to project delivery, and ensure services meet agreed standards for safety, reliability, and efficiency.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Skills required:
* Map and redesign tenant journeys, ensuring services feel coherent, supportive, and easy to use
* Facilitate workshops and co-design sessions with clients and residents to understand pain points and test ideas
* Develop service blueprints and process maps that show how people, data, and technology connect
* Identify use cases where digital tools or AI could enhance efficiency or quality (e.g. smarter triage or helpdesk routing)
* Work closely with AI engineers, business analysts, data analysts, workforce management specialists, and CRM/Case management experts to translate insights into tangible improvements
* Support the design and testing of new workflows and service patterns that can scale across multiple housing providers or sectors.
Ideal Experience
* Strong grounding in service design methods — journey mapping, blueprinting, prototyping, and user research
* Experience in social housing, local government, or other service-led organisations
* Comfortable working across technical and non-technical teams to connect design intention with operational delivery
* Understanding of digital tools or platforms used in housing services, such as CRM, case management, or workforce planning systems.
