JD Group is seeking a Store Colleague to work in our retail stores. The Store Colleague delivers an outstanding customer experience by greeting shoppers, keeping the shop floor presentable, stocking products, and supporting day‑to‑day operations.
Hourly Rate: £12.81
Role Overview
As a Store Colleague, you will play an important role in delivering a high‑quality customer experience, supporting the team and ensuring the store runs smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
* Welcome customers with confidence and energy, offering friendly support and helping them find the products they love.
* Use in‑store devices to check stock, share product options, and support the full customer experience.
* Keep the shop floor clean, tidy and fully replenished – ensuring displays stay fresh and on‑brand.
* Support day‑to‑day store tasks, including till work, restocking and following all safety and store guidelines.
Skills & Experience Required
* A positive, enthusiastic approach suited to a fast‑paced, customer‑focused retail environment.
* Strong communication skills, with confidence engaging customers and working as part of a team.
* Willingness to learn, take on new tasks and grow your skills in a supportive store environment.
* Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, evenings, and busy seasonal periods.

* Proactive attitude, with the confidence to approach customers and support sales opportunities.
