Pay Rate: £54,500 per annum

Liquid Personnel is recruiting an experienced Registered Manager to lead a brand-new children’s residential home in Leicestershire.
This is a unique opportunity to join a passionate team dedicated to placing children at the heart of care. You’ll oversee daily operations, ensure Ofsted compliance, and lead a committed team to create a safe, empowering environment where every child feels valued and supported.
What will your responsibilities be?
* Register with Ofsted and ensure full compliance with all relevant legislation
* Lead and inspire a team of care professionals
* Oversee care plans, risk assessments and behaviour strategies
* Manage recruitment, training and staff development
* Build strong relationships with external agencies and families
* Maintain accurate records in line with safeguarding and data protection

Qualifications & Experience:
To be successful in this role you must have,
* Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare (or working towards)
* Minimum 2 years’ experience in a senior role within a children’s residential setting
* Strong knowledge of Ofsted standards, safeguarding and relevant legislation
* Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills
* A genuine passion for making a difference in young lives
