* Pay Level: 5 £30,160 - £35,530 fully inclusive of Local Weighting Allowance

* Working Hours: Flexible Rota 7 days a week, including weekends, bank holidays and out of hours as required. Rotas are subject to change based on the service's needs.

What you'll be doing:
Are you passionate about helping people live independently? Join our Reablement and Independence Service and make a real difference in the community. In this community-based role, you will support residents in regaining or maintaining independence through strength-based assessments, rehabilitation, and recovery-focused interventions.
Working within a multi-disciplinary team, you will assist Occupational Therapists with residents who have a range of needs, from physical and mental health challenges to learning difficulties and age-related conditions. You will also collaborate with social care and discharge teams to ensure smooth care transitions.

Annual increments, where applicable, are usually payable on 1st April each year, subject to six months service in the post, until the maximum spinal column point of the level has been reached. The payment of annual increments is not automatic and is subject to satisfactory performance as assessed by your Director.
