The Position
The Marketing Graduate Programme offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience within the dynamic and evolving healthcare diagnostics industry. As part of the Roche Diagnostics Marketing team, the graduate will be immersed in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, gaining broad exposure to strategic and operational marketing activities across a diverse product portfolio.
This role is designed to provide detailed insight into how marketing supports commercial success in healthcare. Working closely with Senior Market Managers, Product Managers, and Marketing Associates, the Marketing Graduate will contribute to the planning and execution of marketing initiatives, while also managing selected projects independently. A key focus of the role is supporting the day-to-day operations of the wider marketing team and ensuring internal marketing platforms are effectively maintained to provide accurate, up-to-date content for the Sales organisation.
The position offers exposure across the full Roche Diagnostics portfolio, including both Diagnostics Solutions and Information Solutions, enabling the graduate to develop a well-rounded understanding of product marketing within a global healthcare organisation.
This is a full-time, hybrid role based between our Burgess Hill office and home working, reporting directly to a Senior Market Manager, with no direct reports. Expected start date: September 2026

Key responsibilities include:
Marketing Support
* Localise global marketing materials to regulatory and medical standards in the UK and Ireland
* Support and manage a variety of internal and external marketing projects
* Liaise with the sales team to fulfil requests to meet customer needs
* Carry out associated marketing administrative duties such as creating internal memos and ensuring marketing collateral is maintained and accessible for our customers via relevant channels
* Support Marketing Associates with the creation of tender support, including but not limited to solution summaries, exec summaries and training guides
* Design engaging internal content, such as our bi-weekly newsletter
* Monitor of brand compliance, ensuring conformance to Roche brand guidelines
* Develop internal and external creative content
* Conduct market research on behalf of product managers
* Update and maintain the internal Gsites
Events
* Work alongside the product managers to support internal and external events
* Opportunity to lead small internal events
* Opportunity to attend customer-facing meetings
* Provide support to Marketing Associates on third-party events
Digital Marketing
* Monitor and update digital marketing platforms for use by the sales team
* Drive the development and engagement of Showpad within internal teams
* Create internal email campaigns using digital marketing software
* Drive the use of e-detailing and identify new ways we can use our sales enablement tool
Other
* Opportunity to gain experience through cross-functional project support
* Manage and optimise the subsequent graduate onboarding programme, resources and development opportunities
* Coordinate with agencies for the production of merchandise

Our Roche Diagnostics graduate programme is a two-year programme in Burgess Hill, Sussex, UK, designed for recent graduates in Life Sciences, Marketing, and Business who are at a very early stage of their careers and passionate about marketing, business, innovation, and communications.

* Recent graduate (BSc or MSc) in areas such as the fields of Business, Marketing and Life Sciences
