About the role
As a Store Manager at Victoria’s Secret you’ll take ownership of the success of your store, inspiring your team to achieve their targets and create the very best customer experience everyday.
Responsibilities
* Lead from the heart – train, coach and inspire your team, setting them up for success and developing them to be stars of the future.
* Be a role model – motivate and engage your team, promote an inclusive and positive working atmosphere, celebrate success.
* Have your mind on the customer – friendly face to every customer, putting their needs first, personalising and maximising the customer experience.
* Hands on operations – own your P&L, lead on key KPIs across the store, focus on profitability and controllable costs (hiring, rotas, payroll, customer success, stock control).
* An eye for visuals – execute brand visual standards with support of Visual Team, ensure your team does the same.
* Open eyes and ears – cultivate a platform for active listening, share ideas, let your voice count.
* Your feet on the ground – keep store compliant, own product launches, floor set changes, store audits, stock counts, H&S policies, keep team efficient and safe.
About you
* Previous store manager experience in fast‑paced store(s), record of managing and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
* Strong understanding of how to lead and deliver a company strategy, ability to implement objectives that drive performance and results.
* Passion for retail – create a unique experience for each customer.
* Lead with purpose – engage and develop team, shared enthusiasm for the brand.
* Develop valued relationships with customers, team and wider business teams.
* Embrace change, multitask, problem‑solve, collaborate.
* Approachable, resourceful with a creative side in engaging teams with training, local incentives and global initiatives.
