Role Overview

Plan, develop, and execute multi‑channel marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation. Support with campaign budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and ROI across all activities. Monitor and analyse campaign performance, using data‑driven insights to optimise strategies and report results to stakeholders. Collaborate with internal teams (design, content, digital, and data) and external agencies to deliver high‑quality campaigns on time. Lead content creation projects, including videos, photography, blogs, webinars, newsletters, and case studies. Oversee campaign timelines and deliverables, ensuring all activities align with business objectives. Stay up to date with market trends and competitor activity, applying insights to improve campaign effectiveness.

Support event marketing initiatives, including planning and promotion for trade shows, webinars, and community events. Manage LinkedIn strategy and execution, ensuring consistent brand messaging and engagement. Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and industry regulations across all marketing activities.


Knowledge And Skills

* Marketing Fundamentals: Understanding of marketing principles, branding, and positioning.
* Content Creation: Ability to plan and produce engaging content across channels.
* Campaign Management: Familiarity with planning, executing, and measuring campaigns.
* Market Research: Understanding customer insights, competitor analysis, and trends.
* CRM & Automation Tools: Experience with platforms like HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar.


Experience

* Experience working in a B2B environment.

* Creativity: Ability to develop innovative ideas and engaging campaigns.
* Analytical Thinking: Comfortable using data to drive decisions and improve performance.

Job Types: Full‑time, Fixed term contract. Contract length: 12 months.
