An established mid-sized London firm is seeking a Commercial Property lawyer with strong post-qualification experience to join their reputed team.
This role offers exposure to a broad range of rural and commercial property matters, including sales and acquisitions, estate management, agricultural tenancies, development agreements, landlord and tenant work, asset management, and real estate financing. The team acts for a diverse client base including private landowners, trustees, family businesses, corporates, investors, and charitable organisations, across sectors from retail and office to leisure, renewable energy, and life sciences.
This is an exciting opportunity for a commercial property lawyer looking to work on complex, high-profile matters, including in high-end rural commercial property work as well as London property work in other sectors, in a well-respected London firm. Candidates should have demonstrable PQE with ideally between 2 and 4 PQE in commercial property and a proven track record of managing significant transactions.
