Salary: £90 - £120 (dependent on experience)
About the Role
A thriving nursery and primary school in Aylesbury is seeking a Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join its Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) team. This role is ideal for someone with a CACHE Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education who is passionate about supporting children\'s early development.
Responsibilities
* Support the delivery of high-quality EYFS provision
* Assist with phonics, early maths, and play-based learning
* Work with individuals and small groups to support development
* Monitor and record observations in line with EYFS framework
Requirements
* CACHE Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education (essential)
* Strong understanding of child development and EYFS curriculum
* Enthusiastic, nurturing, and proactive approach
