Temporary Part-time Finance Assistant Responsibilities
This position will involve, but will not be limited to:
Processing sales ledger activities, including raising invoices and debt chasing using Sage 50 to support cash flow and financial health.
Managing purchase ledger tasks, including processing supplier invoices via the ExpenseIn platform, ensuring prompt and accurate supplier payments.
Uploading and verifying reports in Sage 50 to ensure precise financial tracking and compliance.
Payment runs and performing bank reconciliations to keep accounts balanced and transparent.

Temporary Part-time Finance Assistant Experience Essentials
Previous experience in finance, accounts, or bookkeeping, preferably within the charity sector.
Hands-on experience with Sage 50.

Proficiency in chasing overdue debts via email or telephone in a professional manner.
Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in financial tasks.
